Success! I lost 11 pounds and have never felt healthier. I will not put you through the list of ailments that Clean has helped me with (gross) yet I hope you can appreciate that it has does wonders for me.
I will admit to cheating often, mostly with wine. I had a trip planned for the close of the first week of cleansing, this resulted in three full days of cheat eating and wine consumption. I also snacked throughout the three week cleanse, perhaps more often then Dr. Junger would have liked but all around I kept true to the diet (short of a glass of wine here and there). The results were immediate.
Although I did not reach my 20 pound goal in the three weeks I did drop 11! Which not only feels nice, but resulted in some very polite unsought for compliments. Who doesn’t enjoy being told that they are looking good?
After one day of cheat meals I am back on the program planning on doing the liquid meals twice a day consisting of delicious smoothies and soups around a clean lunch, and periodic snacks of vegetables and humus. I am confident that this combined with some exercise will bring me to my weight goal. I know it will leave me feeling far more comfortable on a day to day basis.
Clean was a revolution for my life. I recommend you give it a read.
